使用方法

・當地或手機不支援4G訊號頻段，則會自動接收3G/2G訊號。
・若在當地無法上網，依據使用說明完成設定仍無法使用；請提供手機設定截圖畫面與客服聯繫，我們會盡快協助排除您的問題。

經由電信商系統查詢確認正常開啟，若至當地使用後發生以下狀況，無法退費：

1. 前往地區沒有訊號或訊號不良(請注意：各地幅員廣大，佈點不如台灣，加上各國電信基地台增設受政府管制，會有室內或部分區域訊號死角情形發生)
2. 個人手機設定因素導致無法使用
3. 網路傳輸速度/通話品質不滿意
4. 其他原因造成無法使用(已確認安排開通)
5. 若您一抵達無法使用，請於抵達當地48小時內與客服聯繫，恕不接受不聯絡直接回國要求退費。
6. 客製化商品已開通作業，若個人因素未於時間內提領，恕無法退費。

2. Inability to use due to personal phone settings
3. Dissatisfaction with internet speed/call quality
4. Inability to use due to other reasons (arrangements for activation have been confirmed)
5. If you encounter issues upon arrival, please contact customer service within 48 hours of arrival. Requests for refunds without contacting customer service directly and returning to the home country will not be accepted.
6. Customized products have been activated. Refunds cannot be provided if not collected within the specified time frame.
